Ulap holds SBIR Phase I awards from the Air Force, Army, and Office of the Secretary of War, and an Air Force Phase II award supporting U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Army Cyber, and the Cyber Protection Brigade. That record makes Ulap eligible for Phase III awards without further competition, so a contract for Ulap's technology can be made sole source, shortening the path from requirement to delivery.
